Project Dreams is committed to sharing the talents of our youth. Dewayne Owens is a senior at Westside High School in Macon, Georgia. Dewayne is an artist who is developing his skills each day. Dewayne was awarded $ 1,000.00, towards his education for his artwork of Otis Redding, by the Big O Otis Redding Foundation. Look for Dewayne to do great things.
